The air we breathe is about 21% oxygen. The body uses oxygen to supply cells with energy. EWOT uses an oxygen concentrator, which generates increased supplies of purified oxygen. The oxygen is contained in a bag that is connected to a mask that delivers oxygen during exercise. This influx of oxygen leads to a host of health benefits.
